Denise is a captivating speaker and teacher. She combines her laughing through life philosophy with her background in (the psychology of) speech to offer keynote speeches, breakout sessions, workshops, seminars and hypno-changing sessions. Using Laughter Yoga and Qi Gong to engage her audiences, she is a inspiring teacher and entertainer.

Among her clients, Denise is known as a caring and solution-centered professional. Her engaging style has gained her the reputation of being an effective presenter. She specializes in life change and development. Denise earned her Masters Degree in Speech-Communication from California State University, Los Angeles and her Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies/Psychology from City University Los Angeles. She is certified in Hypnotherapy, Qi Gong Instruction, and Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams® as a workshop leader. She is also one of 80 nationally certified Laughter Yoga Instructors.

Denise delivers a non-medical approach to overall wellness. Her belief is that health is NOT the absence of illness and symptoms---it it the unification of the mind, body and the ever-present, intangible spirit. When one part is out of order, the rest do not function optimally. Laughter Yoga allows for7 oxygenation of the blood brain and organs creating an environment of well-being to her participants. She also trains neurobics (mental aerobics) to further assist in fortifying the brain.

She offers seminars and workshops to train your group. She is a skilled facilitator offering sales training, success strategies, breakthrough thinking, image re-structuring and change management.
