He created a positive work environment by encouraging the staff with awards, and introduced the “negative comment” jar to squelch negative remarks. He has worked both individually and as a group to help us develop clear goals. To improve accountability, Johann takes time to audit phone calls and to explain how to close the sale.

Johann Smith The Motivational Master

When Johann first began working with us in the call center, I admit that I was opposed to this change. I interpreted it as saying “they don’t know what they are doing”, but as the weeks passed, I began to have respect for Johann because he never let my negativity waiver him and before you knew it I was having fun and actually looking forward to our meetings with him. And yes, my sales and overall attitude changed dramatically.

I have come to believe that Johann is rich in experience for motivating individuals within the work place and I feel lucky we have him in the call center. Having him with us only benefit and strengthen our bond as co-workers, which in itself, will enhance our productivity.

I am writing to you today in appreciation for Mr. Johann Smith. His time in the call center at True Value Media began in mid February. He spent quality time in the call center for six weeks giving tips on how to increase my sales and retention potential. His focus was on up selling, retention, and interpersonal relations with customers. I experienced during his quality time spent with me as a Customer Service Rep. increased in sales by 50%, better retention of product orders including a decrease in cancellations and return of product. Words of Appreciation

There are so many people in this world. Some you will see on an everyday basis, but most you will never meet a day in your life. Of those people you do meet, some will impact your life greatly. The words of those people will go through your mind everyday and every time you feel success, you think of what they have taught you, Johann is one of these people.

Johann has truly changed the way I think, about myself, about others and about life in general. He has made me realize that only the average person knows that the sky is the limit. To go above and beyond the average person is what he has taught me. Positivity and motivation are two very important factors of a successful career. Setting realistic goals and achieving them is something I am now able to do thanks to Johann. He has showed me the ways to visualize my goals so that they are impossible to fail. By breaking the down the “big Picture”, goals that were once only my dreams, have now become my reality. Professionalism is something that many people toss aside when it comes to who is right and wrong in any situation. Johann has humbled me in such a way that I can now speak confidently with others, without losing their respect.
