John Paul Dumas Sr., better known as “Coach John”, is the Director of Recruiting for Wyndham Vacation Ownership in Orlando, Florida. His territory includes Florida and the Caribbean. He is a professional motivational speaker promoting his self-growth series “ChalkTalk101”-Visualize Victory in your life! Coach John specializes in providing CEOs and individuals the tools needed to generate and create success in their professional and personal lives.
Dumas has had a diverse career from being in sales to his position as a Marketing Director for the US Air Force in a civilian capacity. In his role as a marketer for the Air Force he built and sustained an award-winning program that won the highest award for any Services Squadron, the prestigious LeMay Trophy. In his present position, through effective team building he has sustained and outperformed all other Business Units in sales and recruiting efforts. Dumas’ goal is grow his coaching business through sound-business practices and helping others to fulfill their full potential.
Dumas is what you would call a true renaissance man, who has authored several books on inspiration besides “ChalkTalk101”. “A Man for All Seasons” tells a tale of the ideal man for any woman and “Notes in the Key of Love” is a compilation of morning love notes to his wife over a 2-year period of time. Additionally he has penned a children’s book titled “The Gum Tree” and an e-zine series on effective goal setting and reaching your full-potential titled “Foundations”. Partnering with his wife, Amy, AMJO has been formed. AMJO is based on the guiding principle of offering quality products and services that will change the world one person at a time. The AMJO Foundation is in the works that will help underprivileged individuals and abused animals throughout the world to have a better tomorrow.
