Biography:
Marcia Reynolds is an expert on how the brain works. She uses humor and audience interaction to help her audience understand how the latest findings about the brain can help them better understand why people do what they do. Client testimonials report greater success in leadership, decision making, influencing others, and personal peace of mind.
Excerpts from her interviews and her book, Outsmart Your Brain, and have appeared in many places including Fortune Magazine, Investors Business Daily, Harvard Communications Newsletter, Cosmopolitan, Christian Science Monitor, Family Circle, American Way Magazine, The Los Angeles Times and The New York Times and she has appeared on ABC World News, National Public Radio, and Japan Nightly News.
Marcia is also a world-renowned coach and past president of the International Coach Federation. She is also one of two people in the world who hold both a Master Certified Coach(MCC) and Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) certifications.
Prior to starting her own business, Marcia developed training departments for a number of corporations. Her greatest success story came as a result of designing the employee development program for a semiconductor manufacturing company facing bankruptcy. Working with the executive staff, the company not only turned around, it became the top IPO in the country in 1993. Marcia worked for the company for another two years making sure employees stayed committed and productive throughout the changes that come from growth and success.
