Award-Winning KidsTalk Foundation reaches out to At-Risk Youth Los Angeles, CA, October 2007: Through Toyota Motor Sales USA, Inc., KidsTalk Foundation has been able to continue its educational outreach program for at-risk and incarcerated youth. Called: “A Second Chance,” the program brings together community and educational organizations to help serve young people who are in juvenile halls or those at high-risk of becoming young offenders. KidsTalk, in partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, will be on-hand filming and interviewing the younger generation at Kids Day Los Angeles Over 10,000 people are expected to be in attendance.
