Biography:

I have worked in the service business since 1991. My experience has taught me that service is truly the core of success in the business world. An outstanding product that lacks outstanding service is defective. What I find to be most interesting is that we are naturally born to serve! Why then, is serving where organizations begin their fall into the world of mediocrity. Let's face it, a mediocre business equals a mediocre result or a mediocre bottom line. Throughout the past 15 years I have worked the front line, as an administrative assistant, manager, trainer, and currently I serve as Director of Training for a multi-specialty healthcare facility. For today's fast changing work environment the new good is GREAT! Great begins with attitude and attitude begins with self. My goal is to help others discover their unique greatness. And to understand how that greatness impacts their world.
