- My broad experience as a Trainer and Training Director is grounded in years on the front line as a secretary, receptionist, administrative assistant and manager. This experience has given me a rather unique insight into understanding human relations, customer service and the value of effective leadership. I believe each person is uniquely gifted and through sharing our gifts we are able to influence those we meet. I am a native Mississippian and have lived in the Hattiesburg area with my family for the past 24 years.

- I have worked in the service business since 1991. My experience has taught me that service is truly the core of success in the business world. An outstanding product that lacks outstanding service is defective. What I find to be most interesting is that we are naturally born to serve! Why then, is serving where organizations begin their fall into the world of mediocrity. Let's face it, a mediocre business equals a mediocre result or a mediocre bottom line. Throughout the past 15 years I have worked the front line, as an administrative assistant, manager, trainer, and currently I serve as Director of Training for a multi-specialty healthcare facility. For today's fast changing work environment the new good is GREAT! Great begins with attitude and attitude begins with self. My goal is to help others discover their unique greatness. And to understand how that greatness impacts their world.
