Biography:

I have traveled all over the world with three problems.   The first is obvious.  My name is Sir Earl.  The second was that I used to wear bifocals until the age of 15.  The third problem was that I got good grades in school but all my teachers said I talked too much.   Imagine that!  All three of the issues I had to overcome which have shaped my character forcing me to be a man of integrity.  After all there are not to many Sir Earl's around so I had to do everything right.  My glasses taught me not to be concerned with what people think about me.  I had to look myself in the mirror many days and encourage myself.  I know first hand what it feels like to feel like a grasshopper.  I also know how to turn that same perception into a mental giant.  My Spanish teacher told me something that was so powerful it has shaped my destiny.   It was my eleventh grade year in high school and everyone in her class was laughing and joking.  In the mist of all the commotion she said, "Sir Earl, please stop talking."  I stood up and ask her out of all the people in this class, why are you telling me to be quiet?  She said, "Because I can only hear your voice!"  I have learned to use people's accusations as confirmation to my destiny.  I used to say God blessed me with a lot of vision, just not enough sight.  Now I have the opportunity to show people a more excellent way of doing things.  I was born in Frankfurt, Germany, lived in Okinawa, Japan for 5 and 1/2 years, and have lived all across the U.S..  And with all my traveling I have learned a valuable lesson in life.  Some have to be trained to speak but I have the gift to change people's lives one word at a time.  I have built cities with my hands as a contracted plumber and I have built up people with my words.  I have taught the word of God from the age of 12 and I currently have a prison ministry for juveniles freeing them in their minds before they are free from prison walls.  For if you don’t free your mind you will always be in jail just minus the bars!
