Biography:

Pastor Ric Bender came to faith in 1975 and entered into full time ministry in 1989. After planing several churches he now divides his time between writing, speaking and spending time with his wife Nancy of 29 years and there 3 grown children and Grand children.

Ric is called to inspire people to live authentic christian lives. And this we can assure you. You will be transformed by his practical yet passionate style of sharing Gods word of Grace.
 

Besides doing keynote presentations, workshops and seminars  at business conventions and conferences, I have done countless graduation speeches, presentations to youth groups, and spoken at churches all over the United States.Labeled a motivational/inspirations speaker by many, I also cover business topics, as well as have extensive knowledge on disability issues. I infuse my presentations with humor, while delivering a strong lesson or message in the process.

I have started and run fourteen corporations, as well as two non-profit organizations. I owned my first corporation at sixteen, doing industrial cleaning. I have one book published and am preparing a second manuscript for publication.

I have degrees in speech and broadcasting, hotel and food service management, vocational education and two doctoral degrees in religion.

I have appeared in Who's Who in Midwest, US and International editions, as well as Europe's Men of Achievement.

Besides broadcasting experience throughout North America, I broadcast on the BBC in the UK from the US.  I have appeared onstage in plays and musicals and once traveled in a road company of the musical The Fantasticks.
